This window is calculated exclusively using the official parcel delivery timestamp recorded by contracted global logistics carriers, rather than the customer’s personal receipt or opening date. No exceptions are granted for missed deadlines caused by customer oversight, local holiday closures or delayed personal mail collection; all late requests are automatically denied without manual review.
Three distinct refund scenarios apply across all orders, all requiring a fixed 5-10 business day processing timeline and exclusive USD settlement with no alternate currency support. Full refunds apply to unopened intact inventory, factory-sealed damaged goods received at delivery, incorrect product fulfillment and carrier-confirmed lost parcels, triggered once we receive returned goods or official loss confirmation documents. Partial refunds cover cases such as minor outer packaging scuffs with unbroken internal seals or partial item shortages, requiring only photographic evidence submission with no mandatory product return. Order cancellation refunds apply to unpaid processing orders cancelled within 24 hours post-payment before warehouse picking begins, finalized within the same 5-10 business day window post-cancellation approval.
Partial Refund: Applicable for minor outer packaging damage with intact internal product sealing, partial quantity missing in delivered parcels. Partial refund ratios are determined by internal inventory inspection standards. Order Cancellation Refund: Applicable for orders cancelled within 24 hours post-payment before warehouse processing. Processing timeline: 5 to 10 business days from cancellation approval. All refunds are exclusively settled in United States Dollar (USD) with no alternative currency conversion supported.
Refund eligibility is revoked for all customer-induced product damage and misuse scenarios. This includes factory-sealed goods opened for personal trial, toilet paper degraded by high-humidity customer storage leading to mildew, flushable wipes damaged by prolonged direct sunlight exposure, pipeline-related damage stemming from improper consumer flushing practices, and parcels marked delivered with no logistics anomalies where delivery failure results from inaccurate customer-provided shipping details.
All outbound customer shipments qualify for permanent worldwide free shipping with zero threshold spending, so original outbound freight will never be deducted from refunds. For approved return cases, customers bear all reverse logistics shipping costs to our centralized global return warehouse with no freight reimbursement available. We waive all internal administrative handling fees for valid refunds, but initial payment gateway transaction fees incurred during checkout are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Approved refund requests may be reversed following post-return warehouse inspection for three core reasons: returned goods showing artificial damage inconsistent with delivery conditions, substitution of original branded products with counterfeit items, or incomplete returned inventory quantities. Customers may submit one single re-review appeal with supplementary inspection evidence within 10 business days after receiving reversal notification, and the re-review outcome is final with no further appeal options.
