Shipping Policy

All fully paid valid orders undergo standardized internal warehouse processing spanning 1 to 3 consecutive business days, covering order validation, stock picking, secondary quality spot-check and tamper-proof outer packaging. Business days exclude weekends, global statutory public holidays and scheduled warehouse maintenance shutdown periods. Processing time calculation starts only after full USD payment confirmation, not cart creation or checkout initiation. Any address modification requests submitted after the third day of processing are automatically rejected with no manual override exceptions.
A single unified global delivery timeline of 6 to 12 calendar days applies to all outbound parcels, measured from the carrier’s official outbound scan timestamp. No separate delivery timeframes exist for domestic versus international destinations, and no remote region exemptions are applied. The platform does not offer expedited shipping, priority sorting, time-scheduled delivery or courier upgrade services, and no such options will be launched in future operational updates.
Worldwide free standard shipping covers all customer orders with zero minimum order value requirements, applying to all populated territories recognized by global cross-border logistics networks. Only isolated unpopulated locations including military restricted zones and polar scientific outposts are excluded from free shipping coverage; affected customers receive individual email notifications post-checkout, and these excluded locations account for less than 0.02% of global shipping addresses.
Customers receive automated tracking codes via registered email immediately after parcel outbound scanning for real-time transit monitoring. For parcels stalled in transit beyond 13 calendar days, users may submit logistics investigation tickets. Our logistics team launches official carrier inquiries within 2 business days for delayed parcels. For carrier-confirmed lost parcels, we initiate full USD refunds following the standard 5-10 business day timeline, and re-delivery is not provided as an alternative resolution.
Customers bear full accountability for submitting accurate, legally compliant shipping addresses matching local postal authority formatting rules. Parcels returned to our warehouse due to input errors, recipient unavailability, incomplete customs documentation or voluntary customer refusal of delivery are not eligible for complimentary re-shipping. Customers must place a new independent paid order to receive replacement goods, and free shipping benefits do not apply to secondary replacement orders.
While outbound shipping fees are fully waived for all users, all destination-side cross-border costs including import duties, local value-added taxes, customs clearance handling fees and sanitary quarantine charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not prepay, offset or reimburse any destination-side regulatory fees under any scenario. We provide official commercial customs invoices upon customer request to support independent local customs clearance procedures.
Transit-related packaging damage is judged based on internal and external product integrity separately. Minor outer carton deformation, corner crushing or surface scuffs with intact factory-sealed inner product packaging do not qualify for refunds or replacements. If transit violence causes broken inner seals, product contamination or wipe moisture leakage, customers can apply for partial or full refunds per published refund rules without mandatory physical return of damaged inventory.
