Terms of Purchase

A legally binding purchase agreement between the site operator and customer takes effect only upon successful USD payment authorization and fund capture. Adding items to cart, saving checkout drafts or initiating payment pages do not create contractual obligations for either party. All terms listed on this page supersede conflicting informal terms including customer checkout notes, third-party browser plugin prompts and verbal support communications. Only the original English version of purchase terms carries legal validity; user-translated unofficial versions have no binding effect.

Every monetary value displayed across the website including unit prices, bundle discounts, partial refund sums and incidental fee notations is denominated and settled solely in United States Dollars. The platform does not support local currency dynamic conversion, cryptocurrency payments, offline bank wire transfers, cash on delivery or postal money orders. All cross-border intermediary bank fees generated during customer payment are borne exclusively by the customer and cannot be claimed for reimbursement from the site operator.

On-site inventory counts reflect real-time warehouse stock but may face overselling risks from simultaneous duplicate customer orders. When inventory shortages are confirmed post-payment, we notify affected users within 2 business days and present two non-compensatory resolutions: delayed order fulfillment with unchanged original 1-3 day processing and 6-12 day delivery timelines once stock is replenished, or voluntary order cancellation with standard 5-10 business day USD refunds. No goodwill compensation, discount vouchers or freight waivers are provided for overselling incidents.

All flushable wipe products pass international INDA/EDANA flushability testing, but compliance does not extend to pre-1980 legacy sewage pipelines with degraded internal structures. Customers assume full financial liability for pipeline blockages, property damage and professional maintenance fees caused by over-flushing wipes or use on incompatible local sewage infrastructure. We exclude liability for all indirect consequential damages including work downtime, rental property losses and third-party injury claims arising from improper consumer product use.

All customer orders are licensed for personal household end-use consumption only. Unauthorized commercial activities including bulk order resale, cross-border parallel import redistribution and listing our products on third-party retail marketplaces are strictly prohibited without prior written operator approval. We reserve the right to permanently restrict site access and block future order placements for users verified to violate resale restrictions.

We reserve the right to revise purchase terms to align with updated global trade, privacy and consumer protection regulations. All revised clauses are published on the official purchase terms page with a mandatory 30-day public notice window. Continued website browsing, cart additions and order placements after the notice effective date constitute unconditional acceptance of updated terms by the customer.
